REVOLUTION!
I know how you are right now because I see it everyday. I know you are suffering from world’s most terrible illnesses and some of them may even take years to cure. But believe me, one day everything will be all right. One day, all these illnesses will be cured. Just hang in there buddy. Just hang in there a little longer till the youth comes in power. Hang in there long enough till WE BRING A BLOODY REVOLUTION TO CURE YOU! I will wash your streets with the blood of the corrupt enemies. And then wipe them clean with the heads of those who ruined you. Only then will you be cured! Only then will you prosper as was dreamt by our elders. There is no other way. There is no other cure. Only blood and blood only.
A revolution is inevitable. The stage is set, the props are up and the right mood prevails. All that is missing are actors and a director.
PAKISTAN WAS MADE WITH BLOOD AND WILL BE '”REMADE” WITH BLOOD!
With Love,
Syed Shehroz Hussain (Ozzy).

main aaj ka pakistani huun
Mera zamiir… aksar chup hojata hai aisa lagta hai k meri kuch mujh hi se doori hai. Ek khalah, viraan dimaagh aur viraan soch, ek khalbali bhi hai mere saath magar mera dimaagh itna maauf hojata hai k mai ye malum nai karsakta k kis chz ki khalbali hai? kis chz ki talaash hai mujhe? Kia chiz mujhe apni taraf itni zor se kheench rai hai? k jis ki taraf khincha b chala jata hu aur main us ki jaanib jana b nai chahta. Q apnai hi sawaalo ko daba k betha hu? Shayad isliye k me ye soch chukka hu k jawab hai hi nahi, ya shayad is liye k mujhe khof hai k jawab itna sakht or karakht hoga k mai saamna hi naa kar paaun ga, ya shayad us sawal k baad mujhe khud se chin janai ka darr hai…
Mujhe jo laga ye sub isliye ho raha hai k koi hum se chup k se barai dard se sawaal puchta hai, magar wo puchta maire lashaoor se hai jis ka asar bht gehra hota hai maire shaoor par. Wo “koi” meri matti hai, mera mulk hai. Jis ki mai sirf tab tareef karta hu jab mujhai us se kuch faidaa hota hai. Jab meri baari aati hai faida pohnchaanai ki to yaa to mai apne hi farz se haar manjata hu, ya apne hi mulk ko bura kehne lag jata hu. Jo gehra asar mere shaoor pe par chuka hai wo meri khud gharzi hai. Jis ko mera baahar to maannai se inkar karta hai magar mera andar shayad abhi b koi dil wala hai. Jise lagta hai shayad me abhi b andar ki koi baat sun lunga. Wo sirf baar baar apni arzi daalta hai mere samnai. Me kuch dair k lie us ki baat sunta hun sochta hu both kuch karnai ka, Us k lie jis ne hamesha mere lie kia hai, kabhi mana nai kia, kabhi mujhe ruswa nai kia. Bohat tarekai sochta hu us k lie kuch karnai k bohat saleeqai sochta hu us ko nibhanai k. Magar me aisa tab hi karta hu jab mjhe koi bara dachkaa lagta hai jab koi bari aafat mere bilkul paas se guzar k ye batati hui chali jati hai k shayad agli baar me paas se naa guzar paau, Shayad agli baar me tujh pe hi aa k ruk jaun. Yaa yun kehlo k mujhe choti moti awaaz sunai nai daiti har baar mujhe koi dhamaka hi jagata hai meri neend se. Ya ye samajhlo k mai zameer baich k soya hua rehta hun. Mjhe is baat se koi farq hi nai parta k ek pal pehle jo chiz meri thei, mujh se boht kareeb thi wo ab mere paas nai hai.. kabhi wo chiz mera koi jannai wala, koi aziz hota hai, kabhi wo me khud hota hun, kabhi mera waqaar to kabhi meri anaa, meri izzat hoti hai, kabhi mere aas paas kai logo ki hassi hoti hai aur aksar mere apne aansu hotai hai jo ab meri aankhon mai nai hain, q k ab mai itna andha hogaya hun k kisi ka dukh dard na nazar aata hai, na hi us ka ehsaas hota hai. Or phir me jab jaagta hu, kuch karnai ki thaanta hu or sochta hu k aarai aanai wali har chiz ka muqabla karu gaa saamna karuun ga. Har us darr ko, har us sawal ko apnai andar se khatam kardunga jis k jawab k talash mai mene ek insaan ki zindagi guzaarna chordi hai. Jis ki wajah se apne hi aap me jaari jang sahai jaa raha hu. Jis ki waja se mai apne aap se hi larta hu or khafa hojata hu. Magar us waqt tak mai wo saarai tareekai or saleeqai jo sochai thai bhul chukka hota hun. Wo taqat khatm kar chuka hota hu jo maine apne lie, apne mulk k lie, kuch karnai k liai jori thi. Wo sub me bhool kar kuch karnai se pehle hi apne aap mai mast ho kar, ANDHON ki tarha ANDHON k hi peechai chal parta hu…..
Shor macha (Entity Paradigm)
to aaj is mor pe aa kharai hue,
na koi rasta na manzil aae nazar tumhain,
akal hairan hai or soch pareshan hai,
khof hai dil mai or gumsum zaban hai,
to shor macha or qadam barhaa,
apna sar fakhar se uthaa,
buland kar apne wo khayal,
puch le wo sub sawal,
PAKISTAN ZINDABAD,
cheir de wo khof-o-hiraas k parde,
apni misaal khud bana,
chor dai mayoosi k wo rastai,
apna bojh khud utha,
dikhaa, dikha k tu kisi se kam nahi,
teri soch teri himmat tere dil mai koi gham nahi,
aaj hai andhair to kal ujaal,

Hum ne ye sub kia kya?
wo jo lut gae, be ghar hue
wo to chahtai thai k ho hamara ghar,
ho hamari chatt, ho hamara dar
wo to chahtai thai k azaad hon hum
koi darr na ho, bebaak hon hum
wo is josh mai mar gae k azaad hogi kal ki qaum
zul pe zulm sahai gae, lahu ka ek ek katra baha dia
aaj hum ne sub bhula diaa, hum ne ye sub kia kya?
wo is khushi mai mar gae, k un k bachai ghar gae
kisi ka bhai chal basa, kisi nai bacha luta diaa
aur hum ne kia silaa diaa? hum ne ye sub kia kya?
wo kal ghairon se larr chukai, hum aaj khud se lartai hain
wo kal ghairo k ghulaam thai, hum aaj apno k ghulaam hain
socho kia kuch naya kya? hum ne ye sub kia kya?
ik aur jashn-e-aazadi . .
Pakistan hun main...

Ab Khud Kuch Karna Parega
Pakistan, The motherland. Live eternally!
We might not have Sky scrapers like the rest of the world, but what we do have is perhaps very rare. Have you ever felt that sensation within? Like this feeling of Faith.. where you see people praying reguraly, attending various mosques, not worrying a speck about their lives, thinking this might be their last time praying due to those frequent suicide bombings. Now do you experience that in the western world? I donot have prejudice aginst them, but honestly speaking, everybody kinda just passes their days alive, unconcerned about their ephemeral lives.
We might not have New York and Miami Fashion Weeks, Playboy or Cosmopolitan but we have, what is unknown to the world. Why not look at the purity, that lies within the mothers and the sisters of this nation? They may not know how to wear mini skirts or walk in high heels, however, they know the values to being a real woman; staying loyal and faithfull, showering their families with inestimable love and raising their children perfectly.
We might not have humongous high schools, facillitated with all the modern luxuries of this time but still, the west depends on us for supplying excellent doctors and engineers of all time. Why is this? well duh, when it comes to education, they are behind. Their students are no match for our brilliant heads. Thanks to our hard working teachers and the education system that competes with the most high-ranked education boards of this world, yet they say we are far beind.
I don't see whats wrong with the person who bears a green passport. We have the world's 5th biggest army, we are one of the strongest amongst many countries of the world, our food follows the basics of healthy nutritional fads unlike the U.S where one amongst five people is obiesed, one envisions those exotic blends of colors and sophisticated patterns on clothes, when one heads out to those busy markets, the west envies those camels which run around the coast of Clifton Beach in Karachi and what not?
We do have few flaws, but so do the rest of 192 countries of the world. You don't suicide when you face those hard times in life, but instead you go seek for solutions. Similarly, our motherland begs us to bring revolution, so instead of just migrating abroad and abandoning our country, we should bring a change :)
Oh look its almost her birthday! Well, we all should do something to make Pakistan happy, because she is our mother country and we see her in tears, in the form of those awe-inspiring floods that are terorrizing our fellow people. Lets be un-selfish for once in our lives and give this beautiful country something special for her 63rd birthday, whatever you can, but do your best.
Dear homeland, I am proud to be yours and I know there are lot of countries who plainly envy your culture and then look down upon you, 'your citizens', just to make you look bad, but don't worry! I think your youth will revolutionize you! Then you will brag upon your name and we will show off our Green Passports and tell the world 'Thats how we rule ;)'
Pakistan Zindabad!
Hum Baaghi Hain.
hum ghazi thai hum ghazi hain
kis ne kia aazad humain?
kis ne di hai awaz hamain?
hum pehle pasti me rehte thai
ye haal hamara, maazi hai
ab chup reh na paen gai
jo kehna hai keh jaen gai
Jo karna hai kr jaen gai
gar larna hai lar jaen gai
gar marna hai mar jaen gai
aur kb tk mu ki khaen gai?
Wo log hamain jo kehte hain
hum jaantai hain or maantai hain
hum mantai hain hum baaghi hain
hum mantai hain hum baghi hain.
Thanks to Badar Rao.

Reborning the Pakistaniyat
SABHI KUCH HO, YEH BATAO KYA MUSALMAAN BHI HO!
The human nature is that when one goes away from something or somebody, the love for that thing tends to decrease also. That’s what has happened to our love for Pakistan. We have made nations within the nation, boundaries within a boundary, and we have been so busy finding the difference among us that we have forgotten the some interest we had.
I, being a 21 years old youth, haven’t in my entire 2 decades of life seen a political party running for the elections with the hope ad passion of winning through out the country. It is decided, for some unknown reasons [that are much known to us], that a certain party has to rule over Sindh, where as a certain party can only govern in Punjab. Karachi is a territory of a certain party, who can only rule here, while Baluochistan and KPK will always elect a certain party. Why can’t we all join hands for the betterment of Pakistan, rather than working for the regions.
Making government, especially in a diverse country like Pakistan, is a very tough job. And I am not criticizing the government, as it’s us who make the government. The only people who are responsible and should be blame are us. Let’s not talk about the government, take the little things around us. We, Pakistanis, are very passionate about the cricket. We are huge fans and lovers of the game. But whenever there is the time for selecting national team, we fight with each other on how many players have been selected from which region. Mind you, but whoever is going to be selected will play for Pakistan not for the region he has come from. The country is going from such a huge energy crisis; everybody is suffering from hours of power and gas cut off. Whenever there is a debate on building new dams and power plants, we never end up on a single, unanimous solution. We fight for natural recourses, we fight on quota system, and we even pull legs of each other on things like who’s cooler than whom? I don’t know why we fear that one certain group should not get more than other. Or one should get everything! We have been fallen for the propaganda of some foreign enemies so easily that we can kill each other in the name of BARADARI and QOUMIYAT. But how many of us have the courage to join arm forces, fight and sacrifice our lives for Pakistan.
It’s the time that we pull of the cloak of QOUMIYAT and be united again, as our forefathers had on the time of independence. We are living in the same situation as we have in 1947; only difference is that we need to get independence and freedom from our so called differences and issues. Let’s all reawake ourselves, reborn the PAKISTANIYAT in our souls and be united again.
Pakistan Zindabad, Pakistan Pa’indabad!

Pakistan, My pride!
"Chaand meri zameen, phool mera watan,
Mere kheton ki matti mai lal-e-yaman."
I can go on and on with the endless list of national songs having so much of love and dedication for Pakistan and I am sure most of us feel the same way as I do about my country when I hear any of the national songs.
The question is, being a nation of over 180 million brave, courageous, dedicated and zealous people, why don't we have stories and milestones to highlight infront of the global media and rather show the other side of the picture? This blog would be just a little effort to bring that certain change in the perspectives regarding Pakistan.
Culture is something we all know about and we treasure the fact that Pakistan has been blessed with immense amount of talented people who have managed to keep the culture of Pakistan alive. Anyone who would see the Sindhi embroided clothes and painted clay pots from Multan would fall in love with the uniqueness and beauty of these cultural belongings. No one makes carpets and sports goods like us in this entire world. We have Karakoram, Himalayas, Hindukush up north that no other place has. We have the world's largest Wimax deployment and the most economic cellular phone connections. Kelash is world's smallest tribe yet the biggest attraction for the tourists from all over the world. We have world's smallest man in height who is physically fit, married and is earning his living being. We have world's youngest Sun certified java developers and the students recieving worldwide distinctions in O and A level exams. Our country produces 100 plus kinds of mango that are exported all over the world. We have marble industry , wood industry and carpet weaving industries all over the country. We have one of the largest and the most organized armies of the world. We have world's fastest piano player, Adnan Sami Khan. Qawwali comes from our history which is liked all around the globe. Reshma, Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, Mehdi Hasan, Ahmed Rushdi, A. Nayyar, Naheed Akhtar, Mala, Noor Jehan, Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, Ghulam Ali, the list can go endless folks! Our family systems are so strong and so together that West envies us. Our weddings are full of joy with whole bunch of dedication from everyone around us. We celebrate together, we mourn together. World's biggest migration took place when IDPs were being moved from Sawat. This is my Pakistan, my pride. That keeps all of us together. That keeps the enthusiasm in us alive. Its soil keeps reminding us of our great grand parents who saw a dream but could never see it happening. We are living that dream my friends, yet not protecting it from the people who want to tear it apart. Its about time we stand together, yell together, fight together and bring back the serenity and contentment of the dream of our ancestors! Its high time to hold hands and say it out loud. PAKISTAN ZINDABAD!
Identity Crisis
We have forsaken our beautiful Shalwar Kameez for tight jeans and shrunken T-shirts. We have forgotten the true melodies of Sitar, Sarang, Flute, Rabab and Tabla for the foreign Head-banging so-called music which is all about screaming and Boom Booms. We have even started to prefer bland, fatty and disgusting burgers and pizzas over tasteful, delicious and healthy Makai Ki Roti and Saag or Chapli Kabab or Driver Hotel’s Daal with Naan. We would rather have those black or orange sweet and sickening drinks like Cola instead of more refreshing Lassi or Chai or Rooh Afza or Limo Pani.
We have an identity. Or we used too…
Our identity is what make us unique and special in the whole world. Driving madly in bad traffic is our identity. The unhygienic roadside ‘tikka’ and ‘chaat’ and ‘ganey ka sharbat’ is our identity and so is Shalwar Kameez with Chapliyaan or Khhoosey and Eid and Basant. Gossiping and colorful clothes with patterns and embroidery is our identity as well as heavy jewelry and glass bangles and boys kee ‘cheapness’ and girls keh ‘nakhrey.’ Not to ignore same gender hugging and gender segregation. If there was no gender segregation then what would be the fun in ‘Poondi’ and why would girls take hours to get ready to become the centre of all Poondi? This is Pakistan and this is who we are! This is “us” as a nation! The loud, annoying rickshaws and the heavily decorated darling buses with cheap poetry on the rear window, the constant abusing and cussing of politicians and the Friday Namaz when the streets get empty, the hooting and whistling in any social event, these are what define us and give us an identity. These are what give COLOR to our lives and culture! This is what adds SPICE in our lifestyle.
LOVE PAKISTAN. LIVE PAKISTANI.
Intro
Hello, Pakistanis.
I've seen people die. I've seen people losing hope. I've heard teenagers talking about leaving this country and hating the fact that why, WHY they were not given the choice on where to be born. I've seen young, active individuals-who CAN make some difference-complain about how bad things are in this country. I've seen mothers shattered on losing their sons in bomb blasts. I've seen fathers collapsing on losing their dreams. I've seen poverty. Hopelessness. Helplessness. Anger. Disgust. Hunger.
I've seen all of that. I am a Pakistani who has lost all hopes. Who is questioning himself on where did all that patriotism go. Those national anthems. Those national songs which used to give me goose-bumps. That energy vibe that went through my body-shaking up every single minute part of me-when I said the word 'Pakistan. Those moments of joy when Pakistani team won a cricket match. Those moments of depression when we lost few brothers and sisters in an accident thousands of miles away. That adrenaline rush when a Pakistan youngster got some award abroad. That feeling of joy when a Pakistani broke a Guiness record. That ultimate sense of belonging when I heard someone scream 'Pakistan Zinadabad' on top of their lungs.
Where'd all that go?
Why is it that I am becoming indifferent to these things? Why is it that I've lost hope. Why is it that even when deep inside my heart, I know that we'll rise above all one day, I don't see that day coming any time soon. What has made me believe that we are helpless.
When and why did I become a turncoat?
I want all those feeling back. When I waved the flag up high. When I bought flag pins and distributed them for free. When I decorated my house with small flags on 14th August, even if knew it was gonna rain. When I loved that perfect blend of green and white and the 5 cornered star.
I want my patriotism back. My Pakistaniat. I want it.
